Who says you can't wear a dress on a cold day?
Here goes a real casual look, perfect to go shopping at the mall but still looking fab and stylish. You can honestly pair up any dress with some leggings on a cold day and throw over a small jacket to keep you warm. Now it's really up to you if you want to stay comfortable and wear some cute flats or spice up the look like i did a throw on some cute comfy ankle boots. Its simple but stylish, you'll have heads turning at the mall. Lol! Enjoy.
